The Los Angeles Lakers continued their winning streak to five games on Saturday night with a 110-106 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans at the Smoothie King Center. LeBron James led the way for the Lakers with 25 points, 7 rebounds, and 8 assists, while Anthony Davis added 23 points and 12 rebounds.

The Lakers got off to a slow start and trailed by 13 points in the first half. However, they rallied in the second half, led by James and Davis, and took the lead for good late in the third quarter. The Pelicans made a run in the fourth quarter, but the Lakers held on for the win.

The win was the Lakers' fifth straight and improved their record to 15-13 on the season. They are now in sixth place in the Western Conference standings.

The Lakers will be back in action on Monday night when they host the Memphis Grizzlies.
